As the Information Asset Administrator (Administrator) of a “Study” you work with delegated responsibility from the Information Asset Owner and are responsible for the day-to-day management of specific data assets. The purpose of this form is to gain your confirmation of this responsibility. A public copy of this agreement can be found here.

I understand that as Information Asset Administrator, I must:

• be accountable to the Information Asset Owner,
• be responsible for any aspects of the management of confidential information assigned to me by the Information Asset Owner,
• undertake suitable information security training regularly,
• ensure that users I grant data access to undertake suitable information security training regularly,
• consult with the Information Asset Owner if/when my Information Asset Administrator responsibilities become unclear, and
• be an individual with a UCL staff employment contract.
